Before real estate, I spent almost a decade in the AV industry working professionally with sound, video, and lighting. It's where I developed a real technical grounding in how light and space translate on camera — long before I ever photographed a listing.

From there I made a shift into real estate sales, spending six years working with a high-volume Ottawa team. It was there I started seeing the market from the agent's perspective — marketing properties, managing overhead, and understanding the cost of listing a home. What I found was that many real estate media services fell into one of two camps: high-volume operations relying on subcontractors — convenient, but wildly inconsistent — or high-end services priced more for the luxury market. There were very few providers in the middle.

I built Ottawa Real Estate Imaging to help fill that space. Consistent, high-quality media at a price point that works for the properties most Ottawa agents are actually selling. And because I shoot every property myself — no subcontractors, no surprises — you always know exactly what you're getting.
